Upper Beaconsfield Community Complex
The major user groups are the
The Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre (UBCC)
The Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre offers a range of community activities, courses and sessions including fitness, arts & craft, and a variety of special interest classes. A new program is developed each term. Details are available on their website.
A Toy Library is based at the centre and an Early Learning Centre is operated by the centre. Visit their website with online access to the toy database, or go to their Facebook page.
The office is open from 9 am – 3 pm on Monday to Friday. Classes and meetings are also held outside these hours according to the program schedule.

Upper Beaconsfield Community Early Learning Centre
The ELC caters for up to 27 children, aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age. They are a committee operated, and community run, not-for-profit centre.

Upper Beaconsfield Recreation Reserve
The Recreation Reserve committee of management runs the reserve which includes the oval (shared use with the primary school), club rooms and igloo, pony and riding club facilities, bmx track, playground and car park. A new pavilion is due to replace the igloo in 2025.

Public transport
The 838 bus makes three trips every weekday from Emerald to Beaconsfield, Berwick Station and Fountain Gate Shopping Centre and back again, passing through Upper Beaconsfield. See the Public Transport Victoria website for timetable.
